Joe reveals why he can now afford to travel so much. He is planning a trip to Northern California which leads to Rob recall some childhood memories there, including a fascination with fire and playing in a tennis tournament against retirees. Joe becomes concerned when he’s made aware of his father’s behavior at the recent murder mystery he attended in Annapolis, and Rob announces that he will be personally fielding more stories from Gramps in future episodes. A listener has some ideas for the live show in the works. Rob and Joe are relieved by Erik Woodworth’s restraint during his second performance in the new Die Laughing show, and they wonder if there is anything he wouldn’t do if asked. Meanwhile Rob is growing more anxious about what Erik might do during their upcoming trip to Jordan. Rob recounts his memories of Charlie Murphy. Joe and his girlfriend worry that someone might be trying to ruin their relationship and some payback may be in order.
