I have been using Windows Media Center since Vista and it’s an amazing piece of software. I have not only saved a lot of money over renting a DVR from the cable company, but it can also handle almost any kind of media I throw at it. I love my Windows HTPC.

On the 03Apr12 episode you mentioned that the Xbox was the first device that can search all online services for TV shows and movies. This is one thing that Google TV has been able to do for months. It can search the Google Play store, Amazon on Demand, HBO Go and even your local cable/satellite provider. It works great, you should take a look at it. Unfortunately to voice command support but hopefully that is just an app away.

Hi guys – is there any chance (or place already that I don’t know about) the show will have better show notes? Us knitters (who podcast) have really excellent show notes, with links to everything talked about.
Case in point, Oscar rattled off a web address where you can see how Google (I believe it was Google?) streamlines ads based on your individual web viewing.
Thorough show notes would stop windowlickers like myself from having to write comments exactly like this :/
Thanks so much!!! AJ
