Not even a VIP shirt or something included? Come on, make it more enticing than this.
You are charging for the Bonus Hour video feed, but if there is a problem is out of your hands. Sounds to me like you need your own server to handle it.How about you allow people to build their own VIPs and give discounts according to what they are bundling??? Trust me, a t-shirt or hat thrown in would most likely make it worthwhile for some members.

Its the same kind of package as last year which seemed to make a lot of people very happy (and satisfied). As for the bonus show video, we’ve always delivered it each week so you shouldn’t have any problems in 2012 (knock wood).

The bonus show video is via UStream? IOW, no downloads and we need an active internet connection while we watch it?
Also (assuming the answer to the above is “yes”), can we get a “buy gift certificate” link for the $46.95 bonus audio only package? I’d like to gently suggest that my family buy that for me. (I’ll go with one of the VIP packages with video if the videos can be downloaded).
