OYSTERS- Contain zinc, which raises testosterone and sperm production. Also contain dopamine, a hormone that increases libido.
AVOCADOS- Contain B6, which increases male hormone production…potassium, which increases sex drive in men and women…and folic acid, which gives energy. 
BANANAS- Contain bromelain, an enzyme believed to increase libido and reverse impotence. Also contains potassium and B vitamins including riboflavin, which increase energy.
CELERY- Contains androsterone, an odorless hormone released through male perspiration that arouses women.
ALMONDS (AND NUTS IN GENERAL)- Helps men produce healthy levels of hormones. Aroma of almond also arouses women.
EGGS- High in B5 & B6, which balance hormone levels and fight stress, which can be a libido-killer.
