Breakfast Meats Show Recipes

Gotta have ground pepper
1 pound (chub) mild pork sausage
3 tbsp all purpose flour
3 cups fat free milk
salt and pepper to taste
Brown and break up the sausage in a large skillet, remove meat from skillet and set aside. Save roughly 3tbs of sausage grease remove the rest. In sausage grease over med high heat add flour and combine until flour mixture is very light brown. add milk one cup at a time and continue to cook over med high heat. When gravy thickens, add cooked sausage to mixture. Salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot over anything you want.
