Bonus Show 42: Live Call-In Show!
For the first time in TMOS history…we’ll dedicate an entire bonus show to your calls! Normally the live bonus show is available only to our VIP’ers but we’ll open up the LIVE video feed for this episode to all of our listeners for an additional $0.99!
The live video will begin at approximately 12:30pm EDT on Thursday April 21, 2011. The audio will be available at approximately 4pm EDT on Friday April 22, 2011.

I give up. What the hell are you doing asking where someone is from given their area code? This venue does not allow me to upload an application so here’s how you develop it yourself: find an area-code-to-location (or vice versa) on-line; convert that to a flat text file suitable to import into a spreadsheet program; set up a simple look-up table so an intern can enter the area code and the region is returned. If your tech geeks are confused or unwilling, I’ll do it for you for a goodest membership.

The area code is working for us for the time being. Also, we don’t really need to go through that much trouble because our software has screening capabilities. An intern can easily answer the call, get any info we need and put the call through to Mike. He’d see a name, note and phone # on his screen before he takes the call (and during).
