I had a doctor tell me to weigh every morning and average the weight every week then use the weekly average to gauge the weight loss. Your weight can vary several lbs each day because of water retention and whatever other factors there are (full bowels etc.) So don’t put too much into one weigh in, average it out by week and you will probably see the average fall slow and steady.
I haven’t heard the show yet so this may have already been brought up.
I am a fat ass, I know what I am talking about.

I have heard the same thing. Even just weighing yourself once per week is a better idea than every day.

Really enjoyed the discussion about weight, meals, etc.; actually learned quite a bit. Maybe you guys could take a stab at the Theory of Relativity so I can learn about that too?
Entertaining AND informative…

Please stop saying that you’ll put something on the site during the audio vault. You don’t have to put anything on the site anymore, I don’t mind going straight to YouTube and searching for it. JUST STOP SAYING THAT YOU WILL WHEN YOU HAVE NO SERIOUS INTENTION OF DOING SO. Thank you.

Mike, Take your wife and go for walks.
Mind over matter, very true for a diet.

Things we’ll never know for sure….
What did Oscar’s cactus hand look like?
What did Mike think of the Rush concert?
What does Karri do with all those flashlights Robb gives her?
What does Sheldon do (or not do) to allow him to be the first to post everyday?
What does Freedom Fries have against Brian Setzer music really?
Why does it the only one from the show that reads these posts is Marc Ronik?

Oscar, this is your paPA, Miguel Sandoval as Ernesto Escobedo in Clear and Present Danger. I am here now with your Kara, and she has tried to reach you on the, how do you say, “landline” but you do not pick up. More troubling, she has told me that you are sharing information about our family’s weight. As you know, mijo, I must stay fit to keep the respect of my men, but Ohscarr, YOUR maMA!!!! Why are you saying these things? And your hermano and hermana, both DOCTORS, I might add! Given your scrawniness, sometimes I wonder about your true parentage and your ability to take over “Lindo Coffee” when I am inevitably killed by Harrison Ford as Jack Ryan. One hundred and sixty pounds? Would it kill you, my son, to pick up a dumbbell occasionally? And I am not talking about your stripper friends, mijo, I mean a piece of metal made for exercise. I cannot have my associates saying “Santana, why your boy looks like a maricon?” I am serious, my son. I must go now, I hear a helicopter outside. That is strange.

That was a weird conversation. Why can’t Mike lose weight? He insists it’s because his biology isn’t like Oscar’s or Buzz’s. That’s BS and someone should call him on it. Burn more calories than you take in and you’ll lose weight! It’s that simple.

Said the skinny guy that has never had to battle weight. Fucker!
-
Says who? I was getting heavier a few years ago so I started jogging and eating better. I didn’t sit around and curse my metabolism. That’s delusional.
