The show is never up on itunes the same day it is created… Can I download it off of the site and put it on itunes?

Actually it’s up on iTunes exactly the same time we post it to our website. Sounds to me like your iTunes isn’t updating you podcast subscription quick enough.
When you see a new show posted on our site, go into your iTunes library and click into your podcast directory. Then right click on our show and select Update podcast from the list.

On the iTunes podcasts directory, look below and click on “Settings.” Make sure that under “Check for New Episodes” is set for “Every Hour” instead of “Every Day.” If you allow it to automatically uploaded for you under the “Every Day” setting it only checks every 24 hours.
If the problem persists, I have found that Unsubscribing and the Re-subscribing fixes all problems with podcasts.

what Marc said! I do this everyday as soon as I get home from work. My wife and I have developed a habit of working on our computers(email/Facebook/web-browsing)after work while listening to the show together.
