I will listen to Don today, but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. When he left I felt like a family member had died, so sad… And then when they fired the rest of the boys I felt like some one had broken into my house robbed me blind and raped my dog, sooo mad.

I wish Don the best but it seems a little rough and same ol’ stuff. Stupid call-in’s and txts, and then Don getting mad at them. Seems like a lot of air time for one guy…

Agreed. Sounds like he’s trying to be a non-sports Jim Rome. I’ll give it a shot though… as a good background in the office for the afternoons.
The TMOS podcast gets to be saved for after work so I don’t miss anything

Every time I hear the bell that he kept playing the first hour…I kept waiting for Julia to say “helloooo” after it… I might have smashed my radio if he did it. But I am one that does miss that, wish TMOS would use it just once…for old times sake!

This is to be expected for the first couple of weeks. Don was and is a beloved radio personality and he’s been off the air in NorCal for about 2 years now, so people are eager to welcome him back. Dude is a radio genius, though, so when he gets settled in, it should be a return to amazing-ness.

Definitely not going to disagree… he’s good at what he does. I’m still personally more of a fan of Mike though, always have been. I love the VOICES, as well as the attitude problem. Don’t ask me why, Mike just cracks me up more…
And Donnie doesn’t have Robb, Buzz, and Oscar. That’s a huge setback IMHO.
That being said, I’ll still pop Don’s web feed on during the day, good to see he’s “gathering speed” in his own way.

Agree! It is so much more then one man, It is the whole dynamic of the team working together. I only wish TMOS was 1 1/2 to 2 hours a day…. But the Bonus show does help my long commute. I have listened to RAW 3 times and at least the first 2 months twice already…all while driving to and from work.
